The Next Generation of Ordos

 Nicci trained Jorval extensively, and eventually he passed his trials and became a full clan member of Ordo.  Nicci decided eventually it was time for her to step down as Ordo Alor, and leave it to the younger generations.  

Perhaps a tad before Jorval was ready, she passed the title onto him, on condition she remain an advisor, and she then stepped down from the Alor role.
