Nicci did as she was told, finding out all the information she could on the Death Watch to provide the Mand'alor with an edge in battle. However, in her stay there, she learned the Death Watch were weak, not even a real threat, and for the most part their clans were scattered to the winds and she hardly saw them.
She reported this to A'denla, who did not see fit to leave her there any longer, and recalled her back home. When she arrived on Mandalore Prime in the capital city of Keldabe, she immediately went to the Fortress to see the Mand'alor, to await his debriefing. She kept the meeting cold and professional, for after their last communication, she did not want to let herself slip into weakness again. The Mand'alor stated she had served the Mandalorians well, and handed her the keycard to her own home as a reward.
After she had moved all her furniture in to the new home, he stopped by to see how she was doing. They talked for a bit, all the while Nicci feeling the pain of the man who broke her heart being in her apartment.
A'denla offered to aid her in fixing up her new phrik armor, and said he would stop by on the following day to do so.
